EPE Self-Reporting online form and video guide

The video below shows the new EPE self-reporting form to be filled out on completion of any EPE activity development or delivery or completion of any EPE Training by CÚRAM researchers, FI’s, PI’s, collaborators and operations staff.

From 2021 all EPE activities will be reported by researchers through a simple, online, ‘Direct Reporting Form’ which will replace the EPE tracker. The link to the form to submit your activities and instructions is available here.

Researchers are required to complete at least two EPE activities per year. Multiple activities are allowed per category except for training activities for which only one activity can be counted each year.
